Topological Sorting Algorithm, but return a vector of set of vertices, where, the index of the vector represent the min_stage of vertices in that set. i.e., generations of vertices sorted by the stage#.
Example: rst[0] = {A, B} rst[1] = {C, D} means that A, B could be in stage#0 and C, B could be in at least state#1.
FIXME – the above comment appears to be completely wrong – the indexes have nothing to do with the possible stages tables can be placed in. Instead, the indexes appear to be the depth of the table in the table dependency graph. The resulting vector is generally used to do a breadth-first traversal of the tables
