Detailed Description

Resolves the "next" and "last" stack references according to the spec. Call this on the frontend IR::ParserState node; will resolve all IR::BFN::UnresolvedHeaderStackIndex into concrete indices.

int BFN::ResolveHeaderStackIndex::getCurrentIndex ( cstring header)
inline

Returns the current stack index of the header. Looks into the visited ancestor states and see what's the current index. If not found in ancestor states, we are visiting this header for the first time.
